Walsall Viewfinder consultation planner and finder is here!

It is essential that across the council we manage and plan consultation effectively. Making it easier for the public to access consultation information and importantly being able to find out the outcomes or decisions made following a consultation will show that we are listening to what local people want and that we act together on what they tell us. The Walsall Viewfinder consultation planner and finder will help achieve these aims.

Previously services had to list consultation activity that they would be undertaking in the year ahead in their service plan. From 2008/9 this is now a function of Walsall Viewfinder and services must ensure that all planned consultation is logged on the database. Using Viewfinder means that details of planned consultation can be updated throughout the year.
