Looking for practical guidance and advice on the law governing the transfer of staff and services? Regional Action West Midlands (RAWM) now have a handy guide to the TUPE requirements on their website, which can be accessed by following the link here.
The guide has been written by members of the National HR Group for Substance Misuse Services; however, its content is not exclusive to that field and most public and voluntary sector employers can use the guide to inform their own work.
