The Commission set up by ACEVO to look into personalisation has recommended that the Cabinet Office set up a dedicated unit to help VCS organisations become commission-ready. This report also highlights approaches that should be taken by the public sector to lead changes. Further details are available from the link below and also a copy of the the interim report.
