Age Concern Walsall, the charity working to improve the quality of life for older people, is seeking to recruit a Personal Assistant to support the Chief Officer with all aspects of general and confidential office administration. The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Officer.Salary: £13,013 – £15,801.50 per annum pro rata.
Contract: Fixed-Term for 12 months.
Hours: 10 per week to be worked over 4 days.
The post will broadly require:
- - Extensive experience of taking minutes, compiling agendas and reports
- - Experience of working in an office environment for a senior officer
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- - Experience of events co-ordination and organisation
- - Experience of advertising vacancies and all aspects of HR work
- - Competent working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
The successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced criminal disclosure check through the Criminal Records Bureau.Â
