Regional Action West Midlands (RAWM) is the regional third sector infrastructure organisation for the West Midlands. RAWM works strategically across the region to promote the third sector and provide a crucial link for the development of policy and strategy at local, sub-regional, regional and national levels. RAWM does this through a varied portfolio of contracts and a growing member-base.In order to meet current and future challenges the organisation is seeking a Deputy Chief Executive Officer to work closely with the current Chief Executive Officer and Senior Management Team to support and improve our organisational performance.

The salary will be between £34,549 and £38,961.

RAWM is looking for a unique individual who balances a strong skill-base in operations management with experience of the regional strategic environment. They need someone who has proved they can work at a senior level as part of a small staff team to realise strategic objectives and deliver lasting improvement for the third sector.
