Walsall Centre for Independent Living will be hosting a ‘Care for a Cuppa’ event to raise awareness of diabetes on Friday 18th June.
 Over 13,000 people in Walsall have diabetes. This event is an opportunity to find out more about the illness, who can support you and get advice about benefits, over a cuppa and a reduced sugar biscuit!
 There is also a super prize raffle to raise funds for Diabetes UK! The event is on from 10.00am – 1.00pm at the Centre for Independent Living, Bridge Street, Walsall. For more information please call 01922 650790.
