Children’s Trust Partnership celebrates integrated workingPublished in Featured,Local News,News on 21st June, 2010
Walsall Children’s Trust Partnership is holding its popular ‘Celebrating Integrated Working’ event on Thursday 1 July.
The event is now in its third year and this time is focused on the Trust’s commitment to prevention and early intervention through the Child Concern Model and Common Assessment Framework (CAF). This framework brings together a range of support services so that the child’s needs are identified and appropriate support is effectively coordinated.Â
All services which play an important role in supporting children, young people and their families in Walsall are invited to attend. There is no need to book a place, or stay for the full day.
The event will include information stands, presentations and numerous opportunities to meet, build professional relationships and renew acquaintances with colleagues who are all working together to support the needs of children, young people and families in Walsall. Many services and agencies will be familiar to you, but you will also be surprised at the extent of service provision that you perhaps are not aware of.
A small number of presentations will also take place through the day spotlighting examples of excellent multi-agency working.
The event takes place between 10am and 4pm on Thursday 1 July at the Banks’s Stadium, Bescot Crescent, Walsall, WS1 4SA.  If you have any questions please contact Craig Scriven by calling 01922 655747 or by emailing scrivenc@walsall.gov.uk.
