Accessing funds to setup a new project or continue the work of your organisation is becoming more and more difficult but WVA are here to help. Every year we work directly with over 150 local organisations many of them small local groups. In 2006 WVA directly helped Walsall groups secure over £170k of funding.

To offer a better service to all local groups WVA have launched our funding portal (2007), the first of its kind in the West Midlands. You can use the portal to find out about any grant making trust or scheme that is available to groups in Walsall from sources all over the country and even Europe.

Our service is the most comprehensive funding information portal available anywhere to groups in Walsall and is accessible via the web 24 hours a day.

If you find a fund or programme that you want to apply to then we wish you the best of luck with your application but if you feel like you may require further support in making an application then you are welcome to contact us and we can advise you on the best way forward.

If you feel like an opportunity you identify may require you to link up with another organisation as part of a bigger bid then please let us know as we can match interested groups together and support joint applications. In some cases you may need to make a partnership bid either with another organisation or a public sector body such as the local council to secure the funding, contact us and we will be able to help you.
